Employed in higher education for over 20 years, Deb Graczyk has worked as an Advisor, Registrar, and Program Coordinator and has taught several Management and Leadership courses. Most of her experience has been in Michigan – fairly new to North Carolina, she is enjoying getting to know both the area and the university. She and her husband moved to North Carolina to be closer to their son and daughter-in-law and their precious grandson. She has a master’s degree in Counseling, with an undergraduate degree in Human Resource Development. She loves working with all students, but as a former non-traditional, first generation transfer student, feels a special call to help students experiencing those particular challenges. Her favorite things to do in her spare time are hanging out with her family – traveling, camping, snorkeling and scuba diving. Her “quiet” passions are reading and quilting.
