Academic Worksheets

The following worksheets are for students who entered the University as new first-year students on or after May 2006, as sophomore transfers students on or after May 2007, or as junior transfer students on or after May 2008.  If you are a current UNC Chapel Hill student, please see an academic advisor or dean in the Academic Advising Program if you have any questions about whether these worksheets apply to you.

An academic worksheet is a tool that allows you and your advisor to chart your academic progress towards graduation.  It reflects the courses you have taken and how they fulfill college and major requirements, and shows what requirements you have remaining to complete.  The worksheet is a general outline of your undergraduate education. 

Refer to the Undergraduate Bulletin, departmental websites, and other resources on this site for detailed college requirement lists, major and minor courses of study, and specific course descriptions.  Maintain an up-to-date copy of your major worksheet (or, if you're undecided, use a worksheet to explore how your courses might fit into a new major), and regularly check in with your advisor to make sure that you are fulfilling all graduation requirements as intended.
