Alfreda Clegg has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Masters of Science degree in Language Education from Indiana University at Bloomington. During the time that she lived in Bloomington, Indiana, she served as an academic advisor for Indiana University. Prior to beginning her career in academic advising, she worked as an English teacher in the Charlotte-Mecklenberg and Alamance-Burlington School systems. She is happy to return to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as an academic advisor to work with students as they develop their academic goals and plans. Outside of work hours, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening reading, hiking, and listening to music.
