This index of academic worksheets is organized by major. There are multiple worksheets for each major according to major type (BA, BFA, BM, and BS) and according to program year (2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013). By default, your program year is the year you matriculated to Carolina. You may move to a more recent program year but must see an advisor to do so. You may not move to a program year prior to your date of matriculation.

NOTE: Effective Fall 2011 and thereafter: For courses required by a major (core, additional, prerequisites, etc.) that are also listed on the worksheet as meeting general education requirements, the general education designations are valid only for the academic year(s) the worksheets represent.(General Education designations may change from year to year.) To determine which courses will satisfy a General Education requirement in future years, consult Connect Carolina under Search for Classes or subsequent issues of the Undergraduate Bulletin for the academic year the course is taken.
